Scandinavian 3 Room HDB Home Interior Design at Telok Blangah Street 31

Whether design is a passion, a hobby, or even just a passing fancy, chances are you’ve heard of Scandinavian style. In fact, you’ve probably heard the term used so many times that you’ve started wondering what exactly it refers to. Some of it is pretty easy to pick up – the white walls, wooden elements, and modern furniture.

In this living room, the design is kept simple with a modern styled sofa and white glossy flooring. The patterned rug adds in a nice pop of colour into the room against the neutral colour palette that the room follows.

In the kitchen, you can tell that a neutral colour palette has also been chosen for the room. Light wooden cabinets with white front panels line the white walls and makes a good match for the flooring.

From an alternate angle, you can see how a lot of use of white has been added into the room with all white cabinets and the white fridge. A clever pop of colour and contrast has been added to the room from the black stripes that line the walls.

The kitchen incorporates a neutral colour palette, mostly sticking to colours like light brown and white. It is a good colour contrast against the dark dining table right outside of the kitchen.
